Plastics industry veterans, Jason Culleton and Steve Trainor, have joined forces with one of the UK’s leading process cooling and energy-saving specialists, IsoCool, as part of the company’s ongoing expansion plans. Jason and Steve, who have more than 50 years of experience in the plastics industry between them, will be tasked with developing technical sales for IsoCool in their respective regions. Jason will cover the Midlands, while Steve will be the company’s representative in the North and Scotland.

Both men bring with them a wealth of expertise from their careers in the plastics industry, and are widely known for working with materials handler, Summit Systems, with whom they will continue to work. Jason, who has been in the sector for more than 25 years, is a qualified mechanical and electrical engineer, toolmaker and draftsman. He has also worked in process cooling for more than seven years. Steve, similarly, has worked in business development and technical sales roles within the plastics industry for more than 23 years, and has extensive experience in the temperature controller and chilled water market.

Managing Director of IsoCool, Nigel Hallett, is delighted to have strengthened IsoCool’s technical sales team with such high-calibre candidates. He said:

“IsoCool has hit several landmark achievements in the last few years, including record sales year-on-year. In addition to offering world-class cooling equipment, we focus on providing our customers with a world-class service – and that’s what Steve and Jason can deliver. Both have excellent technical knowledge of plastic processing, and are well acquainted with the challenges and opportunities faced by plastics manufacturers. This places them in an ideal position to offer complementary, intelligent cooling solutions to their existing equipment range. They are an excellent fit with IsoCool and we’re thrilled to have them on board.”

Both of IsoCool’s recruits are in agreement.

“There’s great synergy between materials handling with Summit Systems and process cooling with IsoCool,” remarked Steve, while Jason added: “This knowledge really sets us apart from others who do not possess such a comprehensive level of expertise”.
